Right now the only way to order directly from the designer is by snail mail:

You can ask any questions via Fax, and he's very responsive; but you'll have
to mail in a check to buy plans.

I bought Micro plans from PCB and Friends about 7 or 8 weeks ago, the price
was $150; for that I got good quality copies of the stock plans, with the
Navigator upgrade sheet (much larger Chinese Gaff main, reduced mizzen, and
a pretty radical alteration to the accomodations), the upgraded rig (taller
mainmast and sail), and notes on minor changes in the scantlings currently
suggested by Bolger; also got a materials sheet and numbered building key
Bolger originally wrote up for Elrow Larow, updated to reflect a few minor
changes; and a plywood cutting sheet for most efficient use of materials.
I've studied my plans and don't think there is anything I need that isn't
either in the plans, or in my head already from lurking in this group for
the past 8 or 9 months....
