That sounds like a plan!
I launched the little eyeball-built 12 footer today, and christened it with
about six catch-and-release speckled trout. (One might have been a keeper -
they have to be 15 inches.)
I need to relocate my oarlocks to keep the oars off my knees (that eyeball
was not calibrated properly!), otherwise a sweet little skiff which has a
home in the back of my pickup.
I longed for a catamaran for years, but then we made the decision to locate
off the water and I didn't want a boat in a slip, so it's going to be a
trailerable cruiser for us.
The world is waiting for that Topaz, but we'll be patient if you send a few
dispatches from the Bahamas. If you want to snailmail anything for
distribution to the list, send to me and I'll be glad to post it.
