[bolger] Re: black skimmer leeboards

I see - this guy mistakenly emailed me instead of the group and I forwarded
it.

I agree - unfortunately, some people don't sign their posts. It would be
even neater if builders also added their boat, too, as it's not always
clear what boat they are reporting on.

On a similar topic, a lot of new members post without joining; I guess
egroups could be clearer. I set it up that way to limit spam.
