A home built plywood boat? As a general rule you would be lucky to
retrieve your material costs unless your workmanship is outstanding
and you have a very pretty design. I don't think any craftsmanship
will make an MJ look pretty to the average punter.

I am interested to know roughly how much a Martha Jane would sell for?

I realise that this is almost as stupid a question as 'how long is a
piece of string', but given that the MJ in question was a reasonably
well built boat with all sails etc and in good condition.
