I used it once, and regretted it. Covered it up with the real stuff
later. The weave is to open and large. Also, you're better off with bias
cut tape, if available. Plus, the boat-stuff lays better, the drywall
stuff is pretty stiff (it's not meant to bend).

I have data convincingly disconfirming the Duhem-Quine hypothesis.
It would be really easy to put on, but the tape I have here
doesn't have enough fiber to it. The tensile strength holding the
edges together is in the fiber not the epoxy. That being said, I
am not an engineer and the good old Bolger way is try it, break
it and report back to the rest of us on how well it worked.
