Haven't seen any response {except for the comment about web address} so
I guess I'll, 'put my oar in'.
The only source I've seen, and that includes a telephone conversation
with Tom Hill, is a fellow in Florida.
The only way to reach him was via the mail; he didn't have a listed
telephone or e-mail address. This was as of August 1996 when I purchased
a set of 'TETRA' plans.

I never did build Tetra, (similar to Whisp, but about 10 feet long) and
