I'm hoping James brings the umiak to the Fern Ridge Messabout tomorrow (at
Dexter Lake due to lack of water in Fern Ridge Lake). If so, I'll find out
more about its rig and construction and pass it on to you folks.

Who made the sail? - it's a beauty.

Bolger has designed a lot of period craft, but has he tried the umiak?
