[bolger] Lofting the "unlofted" side

The way I transfer the lofting to the "other" side is as follows:
1. Extend the bulkhead lofting to the top and bottom of the edge of the
lofted side.
2. Clamp the cut out and finished "unlofted" side to the lofted side and
match up as best you can.
3. Extend the bottom and top marks to the unlofted side.
4. Unclamp the sides and connect the top and bottom lines.
5. Those lines that do not extend to the edges are normally "referenced"
by the bulkhead lines and they must be "duplicated", but with the bulkhead
lines transferred, it is a fairly easy task.
