Re: Galley Box

cool.

I'll soon be building one for my coleman two burner propane stove.
This will have to fit in my AF3. Not sure about the shape yet.

Hi All,
This is my first post to the Bolger group. I find it a very
stimulating facility and congratulate people on the quality of
discussion.
Although I do not own a Bolger boat, I'm fascinated with his small
boat designs - they are so innovative and often fairly simple to
build.

I'm just completing the building of a 14' sailing canoe - it is an
adaptation of an English version of Storm Petrel - quite a different
boat to the Bolger creation. To enable me to have warm drinks and
simply cooked food while underway, I've built a Galley Box, which
doubles as a rowing thwart. Being mobile, it can be taken ashore for
camping with a tent - although I shall sleep aboard.

construction - incidentally, cheap too.
