I'm on the east coast of Florida and we've been getting our share of
rain (finally). My daughter lives in New Orleans and wishes it would
stop raining. The weather channel said the Houston area is swamped. I
do believe they could use a few good boats there. Seriously though, I
hope the rain lets up on them before anymore people are harmed.

Report from Lake Charles, La.
We have had up to 10 inchs of rain for the week but it was all scattered out.  Directly east and west had a different story.  Major flooding.  Looks like the storm is moving east now.  Eastern La. is still getting rain.  We have sunshine at the moment and terrible humidity.
