Just throwing in my two-bits here. Last year, here in the Palm Beach
area, a young man made off with a sizeable vessel with his girlfriend on
board. Went as far as to hoist a Jolly Roger, which arose the suspicion
of the local Coast Guard unit. They went out and apprehended the young
brigand.

Who was this young holligan?

Not some homeless person, drug addict or mentally ill type. Nope, this
person was former child actor Brad Renfroe (might remember him from "The
Client").

Just goes to show ya...
