personal water craft -- a little off topic
There was some discussion on here in the recent past regarding improper
behavior from riders of Jet Skis. Here is the first few sentences from
an article in the Saturday, June 16, 2001, Herald-Republican, which is
from Angola, Indiana.
"A Cumberland man started serving a 30-day jail sentence Friday for
harassing four kayakers with a Jet Ski on April 8. Benjamin Zeitz, 19,
pleaded guilty to three counts of criminal recklessness, Class A
misdemeanors. He was sentenced Tuesday by Magistrate Court Judge Randy
Coffee [Coffey] to a year in jail on each count, of which all but 30 days
were suspended. He will serve one year probation."
