Know also, by the way, that Dynamite says this is
unnecessary. He says the guy in the stern should do the
rowing, facing (of course) forward.

Any of you building Nymph or Rubens Nymph, please
KNOW that the thwart/mast partner should be built to be
easily removable, like held in place with machine screws
and butterfly nuts. Otherwise, rowing from the forward
position, with a person or load in the stern, the
oarsman's back bangs into the thwart and he can't row
efficiently.
