WDJ is an acronym for William D Jochems (the name of the comissioner and
owner/builder of the Prototype). Design #639 (1997) The Boat is a
waterballasted schooner with leeboards and tabernackled masts, 25 ft long, 7
feet wide. 4 berths, galley and head. Birdwatcher style. Large windows. All
sail handling from inside the cabin. Beautiful...
