Messabouts in the UK?

This will be mainly of interest to UK members.
I've always wished we could organise messabouts here, in the same way
as they seem to happen all over the place in the US.
For this reason, I've created a new Yahoo group and hope that UK
listmembers will join and share information about any messabouts/get-
togethers of home-boatbuilders that they're aware of.
