Thanks for the post of a Thomaston Galley. I build this design a few
years back, its always good to see someone say something nice about it.
If anyone has questions on building her I'd be happy to help. I built
mine with plywood sides (this is the alternate method, main is live
flitch cedar sides) with 1x2 chine and gunnel "logs." I fliped the
gunnel log to the outside and left the spray rail off. She never came
close to spitting on me anyway.
