[bolger] Re: AS 29 & Martha Jane
Hello Marc! I don't know if you remember me - but long ago - 12 years ago
maybe - you graciously sent me some pictures of your mj since I was
considering builidng one. I decided not to at that point - but started last
thanksgiving (98) and am just about done. I noticed that you are considering
selling yours - let me know if you do because I have a friend here in Florida
( I moved) who is interested in buying one! Best for the new year. Steve

Hoping to communicate with person or persons familiar with AS 29. I've
pretty much worn out the plans doing the prep work (building a 40'
shed, rebuilding a 73 3/4 ton chev and paying off irresponsible cc
debt) but feel ready to begin. I plan on using fir MDO with epoxy.
Have thought about purchasing a finger joint cutter to use up smaller
pieces of ply and for use on the mast staves. Looks like a potential
time/material saver. Anyone else doing that?

Next week we have two friends leaving Minnesota for Florida with their
mostly completed Long Micro. They plan to finish outfitting around Ft.
Myers and leave for an extended trip to the "tan. That's Yucatan
peninsula. Planning to cross to Cuba thence west to Isla Mujares.
More later as I hear from them.
