These two certainly answer, including the pocket bit... I'd forgotten about them, pretty largely because it's been a few years since I read the books these two appeared in. I think there's one copy of each of Bolger's in the national library.
context is the flush-deck sloop redesign of the Folkboat.
Now there's a thought... I hadn't heard of that one at all.
