Possibly they rotted away, when I stayed there, they
weren't in that good condition. That would be 8-10
years ago. What happened to that outfit?

Black Skimmer hull #l sits on the hard at the mouth of Broad Creek, waiting
at this hour for somebody to claim her. Condition? Not my boat, but I would
say she was built of the best and at age thirty something looks to have
quite a few more good years, allowing for one or two sizable touchups,
perhaps. Her spars seem to be OK. She's in Deltaville, Virginia, at the
mouth of the Rappahannock. Her hull is black, topsides white. A very
impressive boat.
