Re: Looking to Hire Builder for Micro in Tampa,FL
A couple of thoughts:
1) I don't really think having one built is an economic proposition,
but buying a used one certainly is.
2) The folks at Sea Island Boat Works built three as part of somekind
of dynamic sculpture project.

They could at least quote a realistic price.
3) A Micro is pretty easy to move. You are not limited to builders in
your local area.

Hi everyone, I am wondering if anyone can recommend a boat builder
that I could hire to build a MICRO for me. I just moved to Tampa, FL
and I don't have a garage or tools to build one. Any names or phone#
would be greatly! appreciated. I can't wait to find someone and start
building. I am looking to help as much as I can.
I've been looking around alot for this type of boat. I looked at the
West Wight Potter, the Nimble Peep Hen and the Sea Pearl but I always
come back to the MICRO as the right boat for me. I love the look and
the functionality the boat has. Thanks for any names or phone# in
advance. Maybe someday I will be sailing on a MICRO :)
