A catalogue would be great... but I suppose there's a danger that it might
undermine the book sales. What I can say is that Paul Fisher appears to sell
a good many copies of his nice fat design catalogue, and I'd certainly like
to think that there may be some revenue in it for the Sage of Gloucester.

How about a bound paper copy of the upcoming website? - though I'm trying to
work out whether that makes sense myself!

Or in a catalog?

And we do. Another reason for a catalog. A nice, fat, printed catalog
suitable for reading by the fire on winter evenings.

Please read this as a cheer and an encouragement and not a rant or
gripe.
P.S. On scaring easy boats are almost funner then motorcycles:):):)
I hope we get to see that house on the clamskiff someday.Maybe in MAIB?The
trailer articles will be welcome. I,m fortunate i have a friend who if i can
sketch it he can build it. I,d like to thank Phil&Susanne for their posts and
articles i,ve learned quiet a lot lately Phil once wrote that for each person
that actually built a boat he hoped that 100 would get enjoyment just reading
his books i,m in both catorgorys i am a ex crabber presently doing
constuction work sometimes boatbuilder? for me to be able to understand how
boats do what they do and why is quiet a feat thanx again yall D.W.Johnson
Thanx for update on Jochems video. Please post when it becomes available. Look forward to hours of viewing pleasure and popcorn on a long NS winter night. A sun baked Lake Mead will probably look very appealing from that perspective.

We were wondering how long Chuck M. knew about #980 while observing the
AS-29 discussion hereabouts?

We're just finishing up a small diversion for an Alaska client who will
put a good looking house on a 18'CLAMSKIFF. Minimal stout
camp-power-cruiser...

Some technical glitches have retarded video-editing, but we're back on
track with nothing but time and nerves lost.,

MAIB will feature two trailer-related articles:
- how to haul up the ramp a 2000lbs load with a 3000lbs 4-cylinder
2-wheel-drive. No path-breaking news here but might make life easier
at 15 degrees tilt the wrong way.
- and how to haul mulch or Y2K supplies of catfood on your dedicated
galv. boat-trailer.

P.S. Some folks scare easy - Phil has not for over 9 years...
