While availability may be only mythical, looking here shows
a few in the 65 lb. thrust range using the MicroTouch remote cable.

Minkota makes a remote steering trolling motor by cable or even wireless RF controls. They can steer up to 270 degrees arc. Hand or foot controls are available. Price is not too bad.
This would solve the reverse issue. Only thing is that Mr. Bolger recommends a 55 to 65 lb. thrust and the remotes are only 48 lbs.
Though Mr. Bolger believes it's only optional and good practice with the Wyo would eliminate most needs for the bow thruster, I still think it's a good idea.
