www.abebooks.com is another good one. I found my copies through
them. The most I paid was $80 for "Different Boats" from Columbia
Trading Co. The least was $10 for "The Folding Schooner..."

here's the only copy of '30-Odd' they list, at half the price of
Bibliofind's copy but still an extravagant purchase. (And no copies
at all of Different Boats):
