I looked at the Insolent 60 drawings in Bolger3, but they were rather
low resolution and I couldn't figure out how to get the larger files.
Does anyone have more detailed preliminary drawings? I'm particularly
interested in the keel since I did the prototype swing wing on my
boat and am curious about improvements that might have been made.

I thought there were drawings of this boat in the files section at
one time? I guess this is my semi yearly post about the Insolent
60 and those set on building it. I really would like to see one of
these ply the waters of some race course to confirm how fast it
really might be.
It is easy to be branded a Bolgerista when I bring up the light
schooner and people tell me how much faster a fifty thousand dollar
Australian skiff can bet them by. I always add if the light
schooner had all the carbon fiber and high tech sails rather than
being built in a second story apartment for less than $600.00 there
would be competition.
The yachtsy totsy high tech sailors hate what Bolger stands for and
what he deigns because I can afford to be out on the water shooting
pellet guns at their race markers ( not really but the thought has
crossed my mind more than once). I am just glad I can build a boat
these days when getting into anything over 20' down at the marina
will cost a second mortgage and probably a divorce before the dust
settles.
Well le me know when I can see real images of an Insolent 60 being
assembled by some working Joe or Josephine who loves going out on
the water as much as I do!

Any word on the status of the Insolent 60?

If anyone were inclined to post either the drawing or the essay of
the giant folding schooner to our files, I'd be very thankful.
