Houston Messabout - possible rain - doesn't matter

The 4 day forcast says it might rain Saturday afternoon, regardless we
will be holding the messabout. I know one person is flying in to visit
with us, and others are driving long distances. We are bringing 2
picinic shelters, if we have to hide under them, then so be it.
