Seems to me that the sail in question, as described, is simply
unacceptable. If the basic dimensions arn't as shown on PB&F's plans
and the sailmaker is honorable and was given those plans to work from,
well...he should make you a new sail.

On my own MJ, the mizzen is cut flat and the main is cut a bit fuller
than would be desirable on most other types of sails. Though I am very
happy with my sails Phil feels that my main is still a bit 'flat' but
not by too much.

Gamble & Hunter in Camden Maine made my sails and did a beautiful job
in a timely fashion, at a fair price.
