"de-listed" by the ebay seller. 
Which design is #470? It is not in the database by
that number 
anyway. Bolger/Payson, but it is not familiar to
me from reading the

It may not be the reason, but this is one ethical way
to sell boat plans, you own the paper, but not the
design, who knows if it was built, so you sell the
paper as individual sheats.
