There are probably a lot of things one could list,
like simmilar materials that don't torque the panels
unevenly, but basicaly just set the basic boat up on
level horses, and use whatever clamps etc... are
necesary to hold it to a centerline, then screw the
bottom down evenly, centereing your first screws in
each station with a straight line drawn along the
bottom sheet. Then eyeball everything before the glue
has time to set.
If you want it to come out prodigiously straight, use
a strongback. Keep in mind this can just be an
already existing naileable floor or deck, or ladder,
etc...
