I your boat is epoxy/glass sheathed, and you used the
gluable UHMW, then there wouldn't be a problem. If
you bolt to the bottom of the boat, then you have all
the usual problems. You can create epoxy sealed
zones, as with hardware bonding, or you can use
bedding compound.
