As always on this group the recommendation is to test. Ask if either one
is for exterior use, then try the dishwasher test, or leave out side for
a while if you have a rainy climate.

My local home depot stocks "Birch plywood," Which appears to be two
thin birch veneers surrounding a thick mystery meat middle ply. The
veneers appear to be nicely finished, and looking at the edges I see
no obvious voids. They also stock a plywood called "Sandeply," Which
appears to be douglas fir, marked AC but with two good faces, fairly
well sanded with no dutchmen. Any experience with either of these two?
