Bolger Ostar was AS-29 Self righting??
Many years ago when I first discovered Bolger in "The Folding Schooner"
the OSTAR was a lot less competitive/bizarre than it is now. I gave a
lot of thought to the Moccasin as an OSTAR candidate.
