Have sail so I need a boat.

I have the Leg-o-mutton mast and sail from my Elegant Punt since I
put a smaller loose footed sprit sail on it so my daughter could find
it easier to sail. My problem is which Bolger boat do I build so I can
use it. I sail in Lake Pontchartrain in New Orleans. I like Gypsy and
Cartopper. I am leaning to Cartopper since the freeboard is deeper. I
am even thinking of stretching it to 13 feet by building the part of
the boat behind the centerboard on 15" marks instead of 12". I like
the layout of Gypsy. Any suggestions?
