at your local bookstore and get the "study plans" for AS-29 plus a
whole bookful of others for the price some other designers charge for
a single study plan. If Bolger were to send you something after an
inquiry, I'm sure it would be the chapter from the book plus copies
of articles that have appeared in MAIB.
