tapered birdsmouth staves

Hi Leo

I've had good results with a simple 'made from scrap' jig to make tapered
staves. I don't have any pictures to hand, but will try to find one or
sketch up a diagram. Essentially all I do is edge set the strips against a
spare strip which has had the reverse of the required taper cut by hand. The
jig is very simple to make and use, but my wordy explanations might make it
seem complex.
