Chugger plans

Well, you gotta have an "open mind" for this one...but it works.
For those who might be interested, the first iteration of the plans
have been put up on the website.

I would ask anyone who has an hour or so to give 'em a read, and let
me know if you fine any difficulties with them. Please use the
pictures and drawings on the site for references too.
