Thanks, I had already found them. I should have specified that I was
looking for a much smaller boat, even smaller than Phil's Keelboat.

I don't know if plans are readily available, but your best bet might
be to contact some of the people involved in historical
reenactments of the Lewis and Clark expedition.

The first site below is a group that built a reproduction. Great
photos of the hull being turned.

The second site is a fellow in Iowa who builds everything from
models to display boats to functional boats from modern
materials. If you go there, be warned that his site has some
particularly annoying popup ads.
