Help - Wisp Design

We have a newbie who is seeking information about Wisp as seen in 30
Odd Boats Chapter 30. My copy is out. Could someone please post the
lines drawings and any other commentary that may assist him. He wants
to built it strip planked. I see in the database that plans are
available form PCB&F for $100.

Our new member, I am afraid is in serious condition with a case of "I
