Nymph Thwart
Being too cheap to spring for the suggested solid lumber thwart, I laminated
one up from a packet of pine T&G cladding. I filled the V grooves with wood
flour and epoxy for a sort of 'splined deck look'.
It's easily survived double your 200lbs, and cost about 5 bucks. Well OK,
maybe ten if you count the glue :)
