[bolger] Re: Cedar and Bolger Boats

I was blessed with the good fortune of finding a perfect
staight,clear,flawless piece of cedar 2x4x16 ft.
I saved it untill I found I wanted a kayak paddel. It came out very light
weight and flexable. I value it like a stadivaious (spell?). Just wait and
you'll just know.

Years ago, I had an old piece of heart cherry. 1" X 23" X 18 Feet long,
I even built a special place in the barn to store it. It was just too
beautiful to use for just anything. To make a long story short, a year
later the barn burnt to the ground. Moral; Use it for something!
