Did ya ever seen a cartoon where, in order to show delight, a
character is seen leaning back, kicking up his heels, and
yelling "Yes! Yes! Yes!"
That's what I did when I uncovered Jillian, a perfect and gorgeous
realization of the Leeboard Catboat, appearing in the latest MAIB.
Fittingly, the name Jillian will be used as the design name,
henceforth, according to PCB.

character is seen leaning back, kicking up his heels, and
yelling "Yes! Yes! Yes!"
That's what I did when I uncovered Jillian, a perfect and gorgeous
realization of the Leeboard Catboat, appearing in the latest MAIB.
Fittingly, the name Jillian will be used as the design name,
henceforth, according to PCB.
