Mouseboat progress
I made a little more progress on my two Mouseboats recently. (Hope
this is okay to post to the group -- non-Bolger, but nearly-Bolger.)
The weather turned cold and nasty after I got the seams taped and
skegs on, so I snuck the boats indoors by the fire for gluing the
gunwales on.
Now I can trace and cut out the decking, and make the hatches
and coamings, etc. indoors while the weather continues to be cold and
drizzly. Then -- the next day over 60 degress -- on goes the purple
paint! (as selected by my 2-year-old and 5-year-old daughters).

All best,
