I-60 News
FBBB,
Last Sunday I sent PCB&F a quick "How's our boat?" note. Today's mail
brought a reply.
The long and the sort of it is that they've been working on the I-60,
but have had to take time away for other projects as well. The I-60
design is somewhere between having a set of lines and confirming the
panel expansion shapes. Also, the version smaller swing keel
performing well in trials, but some changes are suggested and are
being incorporated into the I-60 design.
My hope is that by this Summer we'll have something we can start
building from. I also hope that all this "barn raising" talk that
we've seen on the list is more than just talk. I'd love to see this
boat set sail before the cold weather sets sail in the Fall!
