Thanks for your thoughts on the ballast options for the schooner. I am tempted to use the steel on the 11/2" centre plywood shoe, together with water or internal lead ballast. How much lead ballast did you end up with?
If you built another schooner would you consider building the hull inverted?
I would be interested to have a look at your video, let me know how much it would be for you to make a copy and postage etc.

If I built another schooner I would build it exactly as PCB&SA
recommend. I don't want any money for my video. Just promise me to
send me one of your boat when it is finished! Please inform me of
your address off list and give me a couple of weeks.
