Re: Gyspy as a sloop?

I'll look around in my old bookmarks, I remember seeing someone who
did it already. They changed the angle of the dagger-board in order
to keep it balanced. I'm interested also. I'll probably sail mine
this summer with its current leg-o-mutton rig.

This is a great opportunitry to really play boats. we rigged our
June Bug as a yawl and she sails real good. lowering the mast hieght
gave us a lot more stability and the kids more confidence. pictures
in photo section .
this is a good time to make your own sails from poly tarp.
do it ... you wont regret it.
