It's really important how you compose these questions. Original intent
was epoxy on wood, but this question is imprecise and could cover
plywood delamination, polyester/glass delamination from wood, or epoxy
glass from epoxy glass as well. (I've had problems with all of these,
tho I suspect the last was due to improper surface prep by previous
builder. No delam of epoxy/glass from wood.

Based upon the feedback, I have closed the previous poll and rephrased
the question.

Thanks to all who answered and especially to those who have helped me
make a better question.
