Thanks Don for pointing this out!!! I can't believe that after so
long I have yet to check out this link function........I probably
thought"link to what? I'm already where I want to be!"
And thanks to Bruce Hallman for taking the obvious effort to

For those who wish to understand more about the history, the turgid
relationships of designers and plan sellers, and plan copiers, look
at the Links button to the left of the messages page, and go down to
Bolger on Bolger.
Bruce Hallman has links there to emails from Bolger (which Bolger
sent to the Group for a short period), on the subject, and lots else
as well.
