Pointy Skiff rescued (again!)

Gave in to the Yankee thrift side of the family and took the grinder
to the Pointy Skiff. The luan ply was not totally trashed and the
external chine log was still 95% sound! I gave the whole thing a
coat of glass and a coat of polyesther resin and paint. Total cost
$0 since it was in the basement already.

Let's see if I can buy enough time to scrape up enough cash for the
next project. It seems as if a June Bug might be easier to car top
due to the added length. Or perhaps the Light Dory! Stay Posted.
