Jesse Cooper Sailing Houseboat Box Boat

I think you'll actually find the Jesse Cooper design written about in Bolger's Book "30 Odd Boats", published in 1982. A few of these have been built and there are some pictures on various websites which I've forgotten exactly which, but if you do a search for Fast Motorsailer + Bill Mc Kibben you might get some results.
