I love the boat - she's a wonderful shallow draft cruiser - the
fastest rigging boat I've ever had on a trailer - and a delight to
sail - but I have too many boats!!!!!!! I need to simplify. And this
one was built at my wife's request (isn't that something?) so she
could do some overnight sailing trips. Our seapearl wasn't big enough
for two (for sleeping). Over the past year or so Kathy has lost
interest in sailing - I think Landroval was out three times last
year - and I can't justify keeping her when she isn't being used as
anticipated. It's hard to part with her after spending 1 1/2 years
building - but I'm fighting the urge to be that materialistic.:-)
Incidentally - as far as I know she's the only mj with the dual
shallow draft rudders. That change in the design is spectacular.

built to beyond professional standards. All marine grade materials -
marine fir plywood, dimensional lumber all clear fir and mahogany, 30
gallons of WEST SYSTEM Epoxy. All exterior surfaces glassed. Bottom -
forward 2/3s three layers of 7 oz. cloth - stern 1/3 two layers.
Graphite on bottom. Upgraded with sponsons, 1000 lbs of solid
ballast and dual shallow draft rudders. Three part purchase on
leeboards. Spruce mast and spars - tanbark sails professionally sewn
by Gamble and Hunter - custom boom gallows. Sailcovers and
cushions in Sunbrella. Barely used Honda 8 hp and tandem axle
aluminum trailer - everything is in perfect condition. I have at
