[bolger] Re: AS39/Loose Moose 2
I am very sorry to here that! Did she burn up?
I've read the article in "BWAOM" book and like it as well as the breakdown
schooner.
I was just interested in how she handled chop at anchor and if you where
comfortable on the open sea with the LM2. It looks to be a fairly easy boat
to build considering the size. What would you change if you did it again?
Would you own another?
I recognize your name and I've tried getting to your site but it just
returns an lone "0" for text.
Anyway, thank you for your response. I figure if I have a chance to early
retire on a boat, the LM2 looks promising. As a programmer and now an
interactive web designer I have some income potential while being a
liveaboard.

I would be happy to answer any questions about the abilities of Loose Moose
2 (AS39) I am sorry to say that as of yesterday Loose Moose 2 is no more as
we lost her after being struck by lighting here in St Thomas.
Lm2 was an excellent boat and will be missed...
